JE NELSON

JE Nelson and Consultants was founded in 2006. Specializing in commercial construction prior to the year of 2006, Eric Nelson (Owner) graduated with a Civil Engineering Technical Degree as a major and specialized in Architectural Cad Design as a minor. While attending school and for a period after Eric worked as an engineering assistant at an Architectural Engineering and Consulting firm in Knoxville Tennessee and after as a surveyor also located in Knoxville Tennessee. After working as an engineering assistant performing design work, Eric opted for a new challenge and was offered a territorial sales opportunity selling construction materials throughout East Tennessee and North Georgia. A couple of development companies were next in line which gave Eric more latitude to design as well as construct and develop structures from vacant land to turnkey finished projects mainly working on commercial properties such as office, retail, condo developments, and churches. In the year 2006 Eric founded his own company and began to put forth the same principles and practices of the previous studies and companies he had worked for. JE Nelson has grown from a small residential remodeling company to that of a custom design-build high-end residential and commercial construction company. Since the year of 1985 to the present date, Eric has had a vision and talent of design and a commitment to build not only the structures but also the relationships that are continually placed in his path.
